2019 Winner

Each year during Exceptional Children’s Week, GaCEC hosts a student art contest. This year's contest theme, “Building Blocks for Successful Students," encouraged students to create an entry that related to a concept or topic the students learned about this school year. GaCECis proud to announce Tony Stephens as this year's contest winner. Tony is a second grade student at Shirley Hills Elementary School in Houston County. His winning design, titled "Circle City," is an electrical city with a spinning wheel in the middle that flies into the air. Tony received a $50 Visa gift card for his winning entry.
